Bailey-Mae revealed that their mother Lisa passed away suddenly last month. The cause is still unknown.
She said: “We have struggled a lot since mum passed away. We feel completely lost without our queen.
“She was the light of all our lives and was there for us through everything.
“We’ve all cried buckets and buckets since she passed away and it feels like our whole world has shattered.”
Bailey-Mae explained how the family had a Build-a-Bear with a voicemail from Lisa created for the little boy
Bailey-Mae continued, “My older sister Briony had a Build-a-Bear made with a voicemail that mom sent her a few months before.
“We then gave him this for his birthday and he completely burst into tears when he heard our late mother’s voice again.”
Brennan is seen listening intently to the recording, and at the end is immediately reduced to tears.
Bailey-Mae added: “We were so shocked. We never would have thought in a million years that 4.6 million people would have seen our video!
Bailey-Mae called her mother Lisa a ‘queen’ and said the family ‘have been crying a lot’ since her unexpected death
“Bren asked me to post the video for our family and friends to see his reaction and to hear mum’s voice again.
“I sit and read reviews every night before bed and seeing all the lovely reviews honestly makes me smile, especially when we’re all feeling lousy in these dark times.”
But despite the sensitive nature of the video, some felt the need to troll Bailey-Mae and her brother Brennan, prompting the couple to address negative comments saying, “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything. at all .’

“We never wanted it to explode as much as it did. But people will always have things to say about anything you post.
“Unfortunately, people are sometimes so bitter.
“Like my mom always said, ‘if you don’t have anything nice to say, say it at all’.”
