Marynarska Point 1 will be completely renovated

The Marynarska Point 1 office building in the Mokotów district of Warsaw will soon be completely renovated.

As part of the work, which should start in the first quarter of 2022, the elevator halls on all floors of the building will be given a facelift. The main lobby will also be completely redesigned. These changes will bring out its elegance while designer lighting will give a modern look to its interior. The interior design is from the international studio Arch.

The planned changes will create a more comfortable working environment for current and future tenants of Marynarska Point 1. The upgrade will give the building a new quality and even more modern look. The refurbishment works will complement the modifications already carried out which have seen the installation of sustainable and energy efficient systems in the building, which has now received a BREEAM In-Use certificate with an ‘Excellent’ rating.
Agnieszka Węgrzyńska, partner at Savills.

Marynarska Point 1 comprises a total of 13,270 m² of modern office space over ten floors with commercial units on the ground floor. The property was acquired in 2021 by an investment fund managed by Adventum Group. Savills is the property manager and sole office leasing agent in the building.
